For the time being because of demand we have limited the registration
to 2 services. If you have legitimate web sites and business reasons
for signing up more then two URLs and more then 2 services please
E-mail zznsupport@mailcentro.com
with a detailed explanation and relevant URLS.

Someone registered a service named after a registered trademark
I own.
The ZapZone Network is not responsible for trademark infringement.
It is up to each individual site to make sure that they have not infringed
upon any trademarks. If you think that someone is using your logo,
or trademark, or misrepresenting your company in any way, please contact
that person directly. If that does not work, please send a detailed
explanation of your complaint to zznsupport@MAILCENTRO.COM.
Include the URL for the web site that is infringing on your trademark,
the URL of your web site, and your logo. As soon as we determine that
in fact there is a trademark infringement, we will delete the offending
ZapZone Network service immediately.

What if someone registers a service after a domain I own?
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that. If you believe
that your trademark is being infringed on, please submit a detailed
explanation of why. We try to follow the guidelines set out by the Uniform Domain Name
Dispute Resolution Policy (UDNDRP) as defined and used by ICANN
in domain registration, and unfortunately this means first come first
serve. If you believe that someone has registered your domain in order
to misrepresent your company, please refer to our trademark infringement
policy outlined above.

Someone is abusing zzn e-mail services to harass, spam or impersonate.
What will you do about that?
We are very sensitive to E-mail abuse and will do everything within
our power to eliminate it. Please file your abuse report by clicking
Here.
ZZN Accounts proven to be abused will be shut down immediately. Addresses
outside the ZZN domain, which is proven to be used for harassing ZZN,
account holders or any other accounts will be added to the ZZN anti-spam
firewall and thus blocked. Please note that without the evidence of
the offence, we have little recourse, so please make sure to include
the entire offending message, including the message headers.

How do I delete my zzn service?
You can decide to no longer endorse your ZZN service and remove the
link from you site. If you have E-mail end-users, the ZapZone Network
will then take over the maintenance of the service and will continue
to run the service. This allows users that have signed up for free
E-mail on your web site to continue to use their ZapZone Network E-mail
accounts independent of your web site. You have no responsibility
to the service once you have taken it off of your web site, as the
service simply gets turned over to the ZapZone Network. At the discression
of MailCentro, customization features may be changeed where neccessary
Can
I Delete E-mail accounts created by my users?
E-mail accounts created by users of your E-mail service will be deleted
by the ZapZone Network E-mail services only under the following cases:
(a) The user who has opened this account has expressed his or her
wish to close this account - Please refer the user to the account
removal page.
(b) The account in question is being abused contrary to the ZZN and/or
E-mail
End user's license - Please refer to our abuse policy.
(c) The account has exceeded the inactivity period (currently six
months)

Is there any advertising involved?
Yes, all services generated by the ZapZone Network carry Channeled
advertising. We will advertise only on the actual E-mail pages, NOT
on your web site.
Can I publish my own ads on my service?
Sorry. Currently our inventory is channeled through our ad. agency.
Check out our ZapClicks service which lets you show your ad banner
to the entire ZapZone Network.

| Inactivity |
|
A ZZN Service name with no active members will be deleted after three (3)
months of being inactive. If after a period of three months you find that you cannot
access your ZZN service, try signing up again. (You should be able to use
the same service name – if another user has not already taken it - after
cancellation). Make sure you log into the webmaster's account at least once per month.
An E-mail account will be deleted after two (2) months of being
inactive. If after a period of six months you find that you cannot
access the account, try signing up again. (You should be able to use
the same user name – if another user has not already taken it - after
cancellation).
