How do I up load my logo on to the login page of my service?
Log into the ZZN members zone, click on Customize, then scroll down to Images/Select Logo to Upload. Click the Browse button to select the image to be uploaded from your local hard disk. Please note that the image should be in GIF or JPG format, 107 pixels wide, 85 pixels high and no heavier than 50K. To change your logo please follow the above instructions again. Once you have chosen the gif file click on save changes to publish the changes on the login page. Please note: You cannot delete logos; you can only change 1 for another.

If after saving the changes to the web you do not see the changes, you may have to clear the cache of your browser so that the new page is loaded. A simple way of doing this is in IE5 to hold down the SHIFT key and click on re-load for Net Scape hold down the CONTROL key and press on re-load.

I have just made changes to the colors of my interface, why can't I see the text? Make sure that you have not chosen the same color for the background and the text. It is advisable to make sure that the colors of the text and the background are not similar so it will be easy to read mail.

What is the RGB color picker? By using this you are able to pick specific hues and you can match the colors exactly to those on your website. You compose the color by entering the hex value for the specific color; it is done in the following sequence RRGGBB, i.e. FF0000 for red 00FF00 for green and 0000FF for blue.

How do I change the message welcoming new users to my mail service?
To change the welcome message log in to the ZZN member's zone, click on customize, and then scroll down to the texts/welcome message section. From here you can change the welcome message, which all your new users will receive. N.B. This message can be used to advertise your website and also to give out pertinent information like service and contact info.

How do I change the footer of my email service emails? To change the footer of your emails, Log Into the ZZN member's zone, click on Customize, and then scroll down to Texts/Message Footer. From here you can set the slogan, which appears, at the bottom of each outgoing message your service will generate. N.B. This message is seen by all who receive a mail generated from your service so be sure to promote your websites URL and your mail service.

ADDING LOGIN AND SIGNUP FIELDS

How do I add the login and sign up fields in to my website? Log in to the ZZN members zone and click on the Promokit link. From here you should follow the instructions to paste the code for the login and sign up pages into your site. Be careful to paste the code exactly as it appears other wise you will not see the changes. You can also follow the instructions to add the zzn banner {need to hyperlink} to your site.

Why would I want to add the login and sign up fields to my website? Most websites with a large amount of repeat traffic have free mail options. By having the login and signup fields on your website, users are forced to visit your site every time they want to send or read their mail. You can also customize the login fields with more than one language.

How do I change the look of the log in and sign up fields? If you have copied the HTML code for the login and sign up fields from the ZZN members zone the colors will be the same as your service colors. So to change the colors of the login and sign up fields, first change the colors for your service and then copy and paste the HTML code for the login and sign up pages.

Why do I see the HTML code on my WebPages?This often occurs when the code you have pasted is not complete (you did not copy the code correctly), also you may have pasted the code incorrectly. The best way to do this is to copy the code first and paste it using a simple text editor such as notepad. Open the HTML document and make space within the tags paste the code and then save the document.

ADDING BUTTONS (WHAT IF BUTTONS DO NOT APPEAR)

How do I add the compulsory buttons to my site?To place the official zzn buttons onto your site login to the ZZN members zone and click on the following link Place the Official ZZN Link Buttons. From here follow the instructions to paste the buttons on to your site. The button GIFs are stored remotely on ZZN's servers. When the server resets as the object is downloading, the image temporarily disappears.
